Business Continuity Planning
In the event of unforeseen and unpredictable disruption to our business, we have developed a business continuity plan to maintain communication and ensure a smooth transition for our clients.
First and foremost, we will make an immediate assessment to determine to what extent operations are disrupted; we will then move to recover as quickly as possible and to resume our normal operations.
Our clients' records as well as our firm's records are held in two separate locations to safeguard against any physical loss.
Our plan for recovery will address all mission critical systems including, communication with our futures commission merchants, regulatory agencies, our clients, critical live data, trade records, distant physical location, relocation of key staff and computers and our clients' access to their funds.
